When returning products for repair, we recommend following these tips to get optimum turn-around time.
1. Return the product via UPS or similar service with delivery confirmation to:

2. Insure the returned item for its full retail value when shipping.
3. Enclose a cover letter with your name, company name (if applicable) , address, and daytime telephone number. List what you are returning and why the unit is being returned. A detailed description of the problem speeds up repair time, and possibly reduces the total repair cost.
4. If you believe the repair should be covered under the terms of your limited warranty, please include your serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase to establish the warranty period.
5. If your product is not in the warranty period, you may save time by authorizing repair costs to your major credit card by providing the card name, account number and expiration date. We also require that you provide the credit card billing address in full if it differs from your shipping address. We currently honor domestically issued Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. We do not ship C.O.D.
Normal turn-around time for repairs is 7 to 10 days. Some repairs may require additional time. If you would like to call and check on the status of your unit, please have the serial number / model number on hand. The telephone number for the service department is 937-746-6990 or fax 937-806-1576.
Labor rates are currently billed at $25.00 per quarter hour.
Replacement parts, return shipping, and handling charges are additional.
